You're not doing it wrong.
You're just doing it alone.
Solo parenting is not a lesser version of parenting. It is its own thing entirely, with its own weight, its own complexity, and its own particular kind of exhaustion.
Not the exhaustion of doing too much. The exhaustion of being the only one thinking about all of it.
Every decision lands on you. Every tradeoff is yours to weigh. Every moment of uncertainty has no one to absorb it but you.
You are doing it. You are doing it well. But there is a cost to carrying all of it alone, and most people around you don't fully see that.
This is what I do.
I work with solo parents as an ongoing partner. Not a coach, not a therapist, not a consultant with a framework.
Someone genuinely invested in how your life is going. Who knows your situation. Who thinks alongside you when decisions come up, when things shift, when you need a clear head in your corner.
Not for a session. Not for a program. For real, as your life unfolds.
If any part of this landed, you're in the right place.
